Annual Renewal

Pre renewal meeting with client to discuss needs, current plan designs and budget. Gather information from client in order to search the market. Send out to all carriers for optional quotes. Present options to decision makers. Consult with client to decide the best plan. Notify COBRA Administrator of rates & plan design changes.

HR Support & Administration

HR Support & Administration Process Terminations and New Hires for client. Notify COBRA administrator for Initial Notices & Qualifying Events. Notify carriers of COBRA Enrollments, Terminations & Payment status.

Ongoing Support

Quarterly calls with client to make sure supplies are good and address any issues. Answer employee questions throughout the year. Help employee with claims and EOB. Quarterly meetings at client to be available for employee questions. Quarterly communications to give industry updates. Semi annual meeting with group.
